has a
right to use magic."

Posted by Matt on 9/20/07: Busy, busy, busy. Kingmaker is nearly finished! Yay! Eric has been working harder than a
colony of ants at a spilt ice cream cone, for which we are happy. And I'm home again, again, after a house-sitting stint. This post goes out to Spike and Buttercup, who are wonderful dogs if a little relaxed
in the bladder area. Eric left me a handful of the greatest beer ever, thus the links. Cheers!

Home again, after a successful conference. Many thanks to
Wendy McCurdy, Elizabeth Evans, Peter Rubie, Roger Jellinek and Eden-Lee Murray, and all the authors we spoke with (GOOD LUCK!!). Also, the people who run the conference and the volunteers there,
and Tina and Shannon at Lulu's. If you're ever in Kihei, folks, go there, and have their Aloha burger.
Posted by Matt on 9/1/07: The Maui Writers Conference
is a grand old experience. We spoke to several agents and editors so far, and generally got good feedback on both of our works. One nice man even said we should have no trouble finding an agent. Excellent, and all. Cheers!
Posted by Matt on 8/29/07: If there is one thing that has made this past week amazingly easy, it is Leinenkugel's Berry Weiss showing up with Eric. We leave in the morning for the Maui Writers Conference,
and I get the feeling sleep isn't gonna happen. There will be news and notes when we return, if not during, depending on our access to the 'Net, which will be sought. Cheers!
Posted by Matt on 8/28/07: Consider us back, up and running. The main reason for a redesign is our second book, Kingmaker, which while we are at the Maui Writers Conference this week, we will try to sell. The other reason, of course, is to rearrange for the certainly forthcoming stories and encyclopedia entries this story will generate.
